Dearest Kayla, We went to high school together from 2005-2008. We shared a few classes together, I had no idea you had gone to Heaven until I decided to look you up as you had crossed my mind while I was walking my dog. What made me think of you was when I was walking my dog, Alexa, I remembered when you were so caring and compassionate when I lost both my dogs Lacey and King in 2007. You knew why I missed school that day and then the next time we had gym class together, you knew what happened and hugged me asking if I was OK. Your care and compassion was unmatched during that time and I am forever grateful we had that moment and I appreciate you to this day for that. Thank you for your kindness and friendship. Be at peace lovely lady and we'll catch up on the other side.

I had the pleasure of meeting Kayla a year ago at soccer practice. I remember sitting on the bleachers with Kayla watching the girls practice and cheering them on. Kayla was alway friendly and nice to talk with. She was very proud of her girl! I am sure she is cheering from above! My deepest condolences to her family. ❤️ Julie and Ruby
