DAWN MARIE CHALMERS, suddenly passed away on Wednesday February 5, 2025 in her 54th year. Full of life and always upbeat. Talented and bright. She will be missed.
Survived by her two sons Jamie and Charles, her sister inlaw Jackie and her husband Robert, cousins Linda and Rick, her two cats Nella and Toby and her faithful and adoring husband Jim. You will be forever missed and cherished.
Thanks to Dr. Green and all at Pinewood centre who helped, as well as Dr. Tse and Charlene and all at Ontario Shores ACTT team who gave her hope and aide. You left a deep hole and will be in our thoughts every day.
