He worked for over fifteen years in the Credit and Insurance business with the RBC Royal Bank of Canada. He had an undying passion for helping others and motivating them to be the best version of themselves and he was able to do that within his field, amongst his colleagues and clients.

As a young child Florent’s family moved to Kinshasa, Republic Democratic of Congo, for post secondary education and job opportunities. He met his wife, Rebecca in 1986 at a youth gathering with mutual friends. In 1993, Florent traveled in Canada in means for a better life. On February 27,1995, Florent and Rebecca got happily married in Toronto, Ontario alongside family and friends.

His passion for the Lord continued here in Canada still remaining as a singer in the choir of his respective church and a member of the many prayer circles.
Florent continued to serve in the house of the Lord and was called to preach in church on several Sundays and evangelical events.

At the age of forty-one, Florent was ordained as pastor and had been serving the Lord along his lovely wife until the Lord called him home.

Florent enjoyed preaching the Gospel, playing, and watching all sports from basketball to Ice Hockey. He loved music; singing and dancing for the Lord.
