Obituary of Jack Edward Michalowski

It is with profound sadness we share the news of the passing of our beautiful youngest son Jack Michalowski. He was only 20 years young. Jack was born Nov 17 2004 at Scarborough Centenary Hospital. Jack is survived by his father Edmund Michalowski, mother Rebecca Tomasi and partner Terry and loving older Brother Cole. Jack is reunited now with his Uncle Kevin Tomasi as well as his Grandpa Walter Michalowski. Jack remained very close with his surviving Grandparents Marie and Edward Dwyer , Elona Michalowski, Gino and Christine Tomasi. 

Jack will be forever missed by his many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. Jack passed peacefully on March 23 at Peterborough Regional Hospital surrounded by family.

Jack enjoyed spending his winters on the slopes, as an accomplished skier he loved doing tricks. His happy place was spent at The Cottage. Jack enjoyed his many travels including yearly trips to Florida and Skiing many different Mountains throughout winter. 

Dear Jack, we love you and we will always have fond memories of our times together. You will forever remain in the hearts of your family and friends. Long live your infectious Beautiful Smile.
