Obituary of Lynda Doiron

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Lynda Doiron, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.  She will be missed and lovingly remembered by her husband of 50 yrs, Douglas; her children: Tosha (Julius) and Alex (Rose); her grandchildren: Holden, Allaura, Maxwell and Mina; her sisters: Judy and Ursula, her dear friends and extended family.  She was predeceased by her brother Paul, and her parents: Betty and Bert. 

Born and raised in Charlottetown, PEI, she moved to Toronto as a young adult, was married, and went on to raise her family in Oshawa where she lived until her passing.  Lynda had a zest for life. She was joyous, outgoing, creative, loving, loyal and cared so deeply for all those who knew her. She put up a good fight in her short battle with cancer, and was cracking jokes until the very end.  

A celebration of life will be held at a future date where there will no doubt be rhinestones and lobster.  The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the staff at Lakeridge Health Oshawa who showed such care and compassion.
