Obituary of Crystal Giddings

Please share a memory of Crystal to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Crystal was a true fighter. Gone too soon, at the age of 37 on July 17th, at Mt. Sinai Hospital. She bravely battled her illnesses, until she couldn't battle anymore. Crystal was a loving wife to her husband James, “Jesse” Ricard, and a wonderful mother to their four children; Nixon, Xavior, Emerson, and Amethyst. Survived by her mother Stephanie and Stepdad Chris, her father Alan, sister Jolene, brother Nathan, stepbrother Jordan, sister-in law Ashley, Grandpa Calvin, Uncle Jamie, sister-in-law Tiffany and brother-in-law Spencer. Aunt to Dean, Jade and Kagome. Many Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends.

Crystal had a unique style all on her own, She didn’t follow trends or change herself. She would tell you that she loved horror movies, Halloween haunts, and all things spooky. Crystal was even lovingly known on many platforms as “Spooky ‘Mama’ and celebrated every Hallow's Eve event with passionate enthusiasm. She would celebrate Halloween everyday if she could. There will always be a empty feeling in this holiday without her, as nobody was a bigger fan. Crystal had a wonderful sense of humor and would make us all laugh with enthusiasm.

We are all going to miss her love, her laughter and her smile. She will be forever in our hearts and deeply missed.
