Obituary of Patricia Maria Alvarez

Patricia Alvarez passed away peacefully on September 14, 2025, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, at the age of 70.

Beloved wife of Ricardo Alvarez. Loving mother of Federico (Renee) and Maria (Calvin). Cherished grandmother of Vanessa, Veronica, Alexander, and Christopher.

Patricia will be fondly remembered by family and friends for her warmth, resilience, sharp intellect, and, above all, the deep love she had for those closest to her.

A memorial visitation will be held at De Stefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa, ON, on Saturday, September 27, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by the funeral service in the Funeral Home Chapel.

In Lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be made in her memory to Lakeridge Heath Foundation or The Terry Fox Foundation.
