Obituary of Alicja Malz

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Alicja Malz, on Monday, February 2, 2026, at the age of 72.

Alicja will be lovingly remembered by her spouse, Andrzej Malinowski, and by Marian Malz, her first husband. She was a devoted mother to her daughter Joanna Kubik, and cherished mother-in-law to Adam Kubik. Alicja was a proud and loving grandmother to Emilia Kubik and Aneta Kubik, who were truly her world.

Visitation will be held at De Stefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa, on Sunday, February 8th, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Hedwig Parish, 411 Olive Ave, Oshawa on Monday, February 9th, at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Whitby.

Donations in memory of Alicja may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Lakeridge Health Foundation.
