Obituary of Chrissy Moutsatsos
It is with profound sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of Chrissy, a beloved wife, devoted mother, cherished twin sister, and dear friend to many. She passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 17, 2026, after courageously fighting stage 4 metastatic colon cancer.
Chrissy was a loving wife and partner in everything to Tom, and the proud and devoted mother of Megan, Hannah, and Jake, who were the absolute centre of her universe. She was also a loving twin sister to Melanie, with whom she shared a truly special and lifelong bond. Chrissy is survived by her father, Brian Leblanc; her mother, Dianne Paron; her mother-in-law, Emelly; and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
To know Chrissy was to know warmth, kindness and positivity. She had an incredible ability to find the good in every situation and in every person. Her smile and laugh were contagious.
As a mother, Chrissy was everything her children could have asked for — loving, fun, supportive, compassionate, and endlessly proud. She celebrated every milestone, event, encouraged every dream, and loved them deeply. As a wife, she was Tom’s best friend and was a constant source of love, strength, laughter, and companionship. Her absence is overwhelming.
Though our lives will never be the same without her, we are forever grateful for the love she gave so freely and the countless memories we will hold onto forever. We only wish we had more time.
We love you always and forever, honey. We will see you again.
