Lutchman: Chantelle

Unexpectedly on December 19^th, 2022, at the age of 38.   Beloved wife of Jason. Loving mother of Isabella, and Mason.  Cherished daughter of Catherine and John (Maria). Daughter-in-law of Patricia and Rick.   Sister of Crystal, Michael, Shayne, Krynn, and Liam.  Sister-in-law of Trudy (Nicholas). Chantelle will be lovingly remembered by her Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, cousins, family, friends, and those that had the pleasure of knowing her.

Chantelle dedicated her life to those that she loved, and those that she served as a registered Nurse.  The world was a better place with her in it.

Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home 1289 Keith Ross Drive in Oshawa (905) 440 3595 on Friday December 30^th from 2-3pm.  A Celebration of Chantelle’s life will be held in the Chapel at 3:00pm.
