Obituary of Judy Mitchell

Judy Lynette Mitchell passed away peacefully on May 16 th , 2023, at the young age of 75.
At 4:30 pm, the world lost a beautiful soul and the heavens gained one.

Born May 12 th , 1948, in Trinidad & Tobago to Sylvia and Conrad Huggins, Judy was the youngest of three. Brother Mervyn Huggins(deceased) and sister Linda Jackson.
Judy migrated to Canada where she married Carl Mitchell and had three beautiful Children, Jinelle, Miguel and Rushelle and two she didn’t give birth to but considered hers, Duane and Ray.

Judy loved her culture and looked forward to spending her summers at the mas camp of “her” band Toronto Revellers. She took pleasure in socialising with her friends who became family at the camp. She was also a very proud Toronto Raptors fan, you could not disrupt her when “her” team was playing.

Judy will be missed.

She is survived by her husband Carl, her three children Jinelle, Miguel and Rushelle, her grand children Rochea and Kai, her sister Linda, her nieces Sonja, Laurel, Shelly, Gillian, Tricia her nephews Marlon, Maurice, Bobby and her daughter in law Dionne.
 

There will be a private service for family.
