My dear Krystle
You came into my life and made me so happy. You were everything a Mother could hope for and more. I am so proud you are my daughter. You are such a kind and loving soul. You gave so much to so many. Your love for animals was so special, especially to kittin. I miss you every day of my life. I know Dad is with you watching out for you. Until I see you again, know that you are loved. Dear Krys, we shared many a long laugh over some years amidst our fun adventures & many sleepovers & my deck.
I don’t know what to say except toooo soon.
Your smirk that always made me laugh, that dimple and grin, twinkling blue eyes & heads back laugh to the sky will be missed. You can now hug Kittin all you like.

Krys was a beloved colleague and an integral part of ClaimsPro’s Toronto branch.
As a licensed administrator, Krys was committed to progressing her insurance career at ClaimsPro, and she had recently completed the first course toward obtaining her CIP designation. Krys primarily worked alongside Greg Madill while supporting other adjusters in the Toronto branch. She was not only a top performer in her work, but also enthusiastically coordinated many social gatherings for the branch, including Bagel Fridays once a month.
“Krys was an integral part of the Toronto branch and will be sorely missed,” shares Kathy Diamantopolous, Director of Administration, GTA and Ontario South. “She would always comment on how she loved ClaimsPro and loved her job. Her memory and impact will always be felt in the Toronto office.”
“Krys was always willing to step up and help whenever and wherever she could,” recalls Shannon Hoyt, Vice President, GTA. “She was not afraid of a challenge and welcomed new opportunities. She had just passed her first CIP course and was excited to learn more.”
“Krys will be deeply missed,” says Sean Forgie, Senior Vice President, SRD. “She left an undeniable impression on our Toronto staff and was always committed to making our office a better place to be.”
Krys will be sadly missed, and we send our sincere condolences to her family and loved ones in this difficult time.
