I saw the notice of the passing of a dear friend, I had known many years ago. I knew her as Renie and we were neighbours of her, Pat and their children on Lumsden Ave.
What wonderful neighbours and friends. We enjoyed watching Pat tend his garden and Renie and I would often meet hanging out our laundry (her's was always the whitest) and of course enjoying their kind hospitality with much laughter and often with a glass of Pat's homemade vino.
To Angie and Michael, our sincerest condolences on the passing of your dear mother.

We send our deepest condolences to all of you. I have such fond childhood memories of our families always being together. Auntie Renee was a wonderful kind soul with a beautiful singing voice.
