Obituary of Catherine Kinsman

Catherine Anne Kinsman (August 12, 1953 – August 1, 2024) 

It is with deep sadness that the family of Catherine Anne Kinsman announce her peaceful passing on August 1, 2024, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa.  

Loving and caring Mother to Sara (Brett), Ryan (Lori), Jenn (Dean); Beloved Grandmother to Rylie, Katelyn, Quade, Jacob, Logan, Keaton and Noah; Sister to Mary Helen and David, and sister-in-law to Mark. She is preceded in death by her mother Janet, father William, and beloved sister Margo.  

Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery, Whitby, in a private ceremonv for familv and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.  

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the staff of the Acute Cardiac and Cardiology Units at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. In particular, thanks to Dr. A. Andalib and Dr. M. Bokhari for their guidance and support. And a very special thank you to Joan, who’s compassion and care for Cathy in her final years was beyond measure.
