Obituary of Sandra Gabriel

Sandra Nicole Gabriel, a devout Christian from Montreal, Quebec, was granted eternal life with Christ after a short period of illness at the St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto, Ontario, on Sunday, September 1st, 2024.

A graduate of both Ryerson and Royal Roads University, Sandra’s successful career as a communications Mogul was planted over 20 years ago, when she founded Gabriel Press & Relationships (Gabriel PR). Sandra’s business acumen and creativity lead her to make her mark across Canada. Her recent merger with 360 Marketing and PR expanded her reach internationally.

Sandra is survived by her parents, Mary and Phillip Gabriel, brother, Wayne Gabriel, Godfather, Richard Seaman, sister, Chantal Amsterdam, uncles, Phillip Baptiste, Anthony Antoine, James and Marcus Gabriel, and Benjamin Daniel; aunts, Cynthia Alexander, Rhys Mitchel, and Barbara Daniel; nephews, Jayden, Isaiah, Noah, Juan-Carlos, Adrian and Harlem and brother-in-law Edwin Amsterdam.

Close relatives, extended family, and friends including Mariette Jno Baptiste, Trudy Mitchel, Georgia Gabriel-John, Geraldine Gabriel-Magloire, Robert Gabriel, Purcel Gabriel, Mimi Mourillon, Felicia Baptiste, Joel Sharpe, Sharon Gomez, Jessie Chateau, Lance, Andre, and Randy Daniel, Elana Goldenberg, Tricia Walters, Nadia Walters, Erica Edwards, Naomi Fergusson Mukonkole, Dawn Matthew, Michelle Ambrose, Myriam Sinclair, Shellene Whyte, Lisa Stanisclaus, Olu Muili, to name only a few.

Sandra’s celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024, beginning with visitation at 12:00 p.m. and service to follow at 1:00 p.m. at the De Stephano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa, ON.
