I was shocked and sorry to hear about Tommy. I grew up hearing all the childhood stories of Tom and my father from boxing in the living room and smashing into his mother's china cabinet to how when my parents were married and Tom was my father's best man and he fronted them the money he had so they could have a night away for their Honeymoon. He was a kind and wonderful guy with a fighting spirit. He will be missed by all. I am sorry I didn't get to know the rest of the family. My thoughts are with you all on this sad day. Greg Sawesky

Josie and I were very saddened at Tom's passing. Tom was our beloved friend for over 50 years and we will miss him greatly. We will always cherish the fond memories of all the happy hours we spent in Tom and Betty's company along with the rest of his family. Tom's sense of humour could light up a room along with his infectious laugh. He certainly was an easy man to love. He loved a good joke and my favorite and his was "Gowan" no matter how many times I heard it, I always laughed. He will be sadly missed by us. Our deepest condolences to Betty and the Kay family.
