SMITH, Jacqueline Marie
Left us far too soon on June 10, 2016 at the Toronto General Hospital. Devoted wife and best friend of Frank for 53 years. Loving and cherished mother of Frank Jr. and Brad. Proud Mamére of Courtney and Eric. Beloved sister of Alice, Celiné and Yvette. Jackie will be greatly missed at the annual family reunion in Alban where aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends gathered together. She touched the lives of so many, and her spirit will live on forever. Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport)905-440-3595 on Thursday, June 16th from 2:00-3:00pm. A Service to Celebrate Jackie’s life will be held in the DeStefano Chapel at 3:00pm. In memory of Jacqueline, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Canadian Diabetes Association. Memories may be shared at www.destefanofuneralhomes.ca
