I worked for Joan and Kyle in their home for many years. She was a great lady and I missed her once she left Alliston. I think of her often and hope she had a peaceful passing. My thoughts to the family, who treasured their mother and certainly appreciated her. Joan was a lady with a very perceptive opinion that she willingly shared with those who would listen, me included. To the Borland family. I was so sad to read of your Mom's death. I have lovely memories of your Mom not only as my doctor but also attending my wedding in 1976 in Agincourt. As a long time neighbour of Joan, on Glenwood Drive, here in Alliston, I was saddened to read that your mother had passed away. Joan was a wonderful person and contributed dearly to this community.
