Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Sunday, October 9th 2016, at the age of 34.
Beloved wife of AJ, loving sister of David and Angel, daughter of Pauline Sam and Kuang Fa Liu, beloved daughter-in-law of Anthony and Adeline John, sister-in-law of Brenda, Han, and Wendy. Nelly will be sadly missed by her many friends, family and colleagues.
A Celebration of Nelly’s life will be held on Friday, October 14th at 11:00am at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport), 905-440-3595. In memory of Nelly, donations may be made to the Hearth Place Cancer Support Centre.
