Peacefully, at his home, surrounded by his loving family, on Thursday, August 1, 2013, in his 79th year. Beloved husband of 53 years to Ourania (nee Mbouga). Devoted father of Beth (Vasiliki) and her husband Domenic Corradi, Sam (Serafim) and his wife Jeannie, and Spiro and his wife Krista. Loved papou of Alexander, Daniel, Maria, Dimitri, and Nikolaos. The family of Dimitrios Panagiotopoulos will receive friends at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa, ON (south side of Taunton Road, just east of Thornton Road) 905-440-3595, on Monday, August 5th and Tuesday, August 6th from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Saints Nectarios & Gerasimos Greek Orthodox Church, 399 Farewell Street, Oshawa, ON, on Wednesday, August, 7th at 11 a.m. Memories and condolences may be shared at www.destefanofuneralhomes.ca
