Bertha & Family : I was deeply saddened to hear of Roberts passing as Robert was a very beautiful, kind & humble person. Sunday mornings at Calvary Baptist Church my wife and I sat 3 pews ahead of Robert, we would always greet each other with a firm handshake and pleasant hello. Robert was a very good lawn bowler and we chatted lots about Roberts family while playing at the Oshawa Club. Robert is with Mary now, Peace and God Bless all who knew Robert Shaw.

It was with great sadness that I heard this evening of the passing of Robert. Robert was a super lawn bowler. We loved having him as a member of the Oshawa Lawn Bowling Club. He was a gentleman with a great sense of humour. Robert will be missed by all of us. Condolences to his family....hoping that your memories will sustain you as you mourn his loss in your life. RIP Robert.
