Peacefully on Thursday, August 15, 2013, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, at age 83. Anna Maria (nee Tomicich) of Oshawa, formerly of Skitaca (Sv. Lucija) Istra Croatia, beloved wife of 20 years to Felice Sossi. Loving mother of Marina Anna Zupanich-Bannan and her husband W. Joseph, Eddie Zuppanic, and Joseph Zupanich and his wife Dr. Deborah Hall. Caring and loved nona of Adriana and Stephen Bannan. The family of Anna Maria Zuppanic-Sossi will receive friends at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, just east of Thornton Road) 905-440-3595, on Monday August 19th from 10 a.m. -12:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 1100 Mary Street North, Oshawa, on Monday, August 19th, at 1 p.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
