So sorry to learn of "Beek"'s (as he was fondly known in Toronto Drug Section)passing. Vic was a great guy! We shared many stories and many laughs. I last saw Vic when he stopped in to visit when I was posted in Souris, PEI in 2007. Gone to soon. My thoughts and prayers are with the family in this time of grief.

I worked with Vic at Bowmanville Detachment for many years. Vic always had a smile and I don't remember him ever having a complaint at our counter in Records. He seemed to love life and his job at the RCMP.
I did see him last summer at Bobby C's - very glad I did. Just wish I had spoken with him more and had spoken with him more. Very sad to hear that his battle had ended. Taken way too early. The angels are with him now. Sincere condolences to all the family.

It was very sad to have to say goodbye to Vic this past week. He was a good friend and coworker whose company and sense of humor I always enjoyed. We stayed in touch after retirement and had plans to play many golf games this summer. Unfortunately, God wanted him for his foursome.
Christa your love and compassion and tireless care for Vic over the past year was remarkable. Thank you for the happiness you brought into his life.

I was saddened to hear of Vic's passing. I worked with Vic for quite some time in Toronto and Bowmanville and he and I shared many laughs together. We often traveled together to work and also out on the job and Vic always had a story to tell. He as one of the easiest people to get along with that I have ever met and a true friend. Even though I haven't seen him since I moved east, I will miss him
