We are very sad to hear of Glenn's passing and would like to offer our sincere sympathies to his wife, children and family. We have known Glenn through his business for many years and have always appreciated his advice and never regretted our decision to go with his company. He took the trouble to find out what we needed, explained patiently what was available and gave us what was necessary and we highly recommended him as a reliable and decent business man, to many of our family, friends and neighbours. We hope that we will still be able to access the capable services of the company with Dave at its helm and to Dave, we know how much you depended on your brother Glenn and we are so sorry for your loss. We will miss his cheerful presence when we next decide to make changes to our heating and air conditioning.

Dear Palmer Family,
My heart is broken for all of you. Karen, you and Glenn helped me through a very difficult time in my life and I will be forever grateful. I can still picture Glenn, Dave and Mike needling each other at the shop. They were like three peas in a pod. It's hard to believe the last time I saw Glenn was at the Palmer Brother's Charity Golf Tournament last September. Glenn gave such an emotional speech. He had many people in tears that day. He was a kind and gentle soul. I will miss him. I hope and pray your memories of him will help you through this very difficult time. My thoughts are with all of you.
