Dear Bill; I was so saddened to return home this evening and to learn of Lucille's passing. As a fellow member of our support group, I really knew Lucille only through the words that you spoke about her each month...But you made it clear that she was a beautiful woman of graceful spirit and indeed a force of nature. We never doubted your love and devotion. She could not have had a stronger advocate, for her personally as well as an advocate for this insidious disease, which has finally claimed her. Thank you for sharing these wonderful pictures, they indicate a life well lived...and in the end, isn't that all that we can ask of life. I am also sorry to have missed her funeral, but I have every confidence that you celebrated her glorious being. Please accept my heartfelt condolences to you and to your family, sincerely Karen Lowe-Beaulieu
