His transfer to the facility was a blessing to David and our family. The care he received prior to the progression of his heart disease gave him back his dignity and he was very comfortable there. When his heart failure progressed the staff went to great lengths to ensure his comfort and that of our family. We will be eternally grateful. In lieu of flowers we would appreciate donations to The Heart and Stroke Foundation in Dave’s name. We would like to thank the many Dr’s and nurses over the years who were able to give us hope and pro- long Dave’s life so that he was able to witness the many blessings in his life and for us to be blessed with his presence for so much longer than we thought we would have.
