Obituary of Mike Keri

Passed away peacefully after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer his wife by his side on July 15, 2019 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa the age of 83. Loving husband of Jolan for 61 years.  Beloved father of the late Gabriella (2016).  Dear brother of Janos (Anna) of Serbia and the late Anna Szoter (2009).  Dear uncle of Andy (Sonja), Mike and their children.  Michael will be dearly missed by his family and friends in Canada and abroad, his neighbours and co-workers.  Jolan would like to sincerely thank her family, friends and neighbours for their care and thoughtfulness. 

Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport) 905-440-3595 on Thursday, July 18^th from 11:00-1:00pm.  A Service to Celebrate Mike’s life will be held in the DeStefano Chapel at 1:00pm. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pancreatic Cancer Canada Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
