SAWA, Hazel: passed away peacefully, in her home, with her family by her side on Wednesday December 11, 2013 at the age of 59.
Beloved wife of Al Sawa. Loving mother of Kyle & Rena Walters, Scott & Marie Sawa, Shane & Erin Sawa, and Rob & Shannon Fearon.
Cherished Grandmother of Lawson, Taylor, Hadleigh and Olivia.
There will be a Memorial Gathering to celebrate Hazel's life on Sunday, December 15, 2013 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at the DeStefano Funeral Home "Aviation Lounge", 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa, ON (just east of Thornton Road on the South side of Taunton Road), 905-440-3595.
Memorial donations in memory of Hazel can be made to Hearth Place Cancer Support Center.
