During her years with Community Care Durham, Eleanor was a mentor, friend and confidant to so many of us who were working in the local communities throughout Durham Region. Her calm and sensitive approach to any and all situations was grately appreciated by me when I became the Executive Director. Her thoughfulness, together with her expertise as Director of Finance were tremendous influences as Community Care Durham grew to better serve our clients. With sincere condolences to the family, Elizabeth Fulford

Eleanor and I belonged to the same book club for many years. I always enjoyed her comments and insights. She was a kind, wise woman and it was a privilege to know her.

Our visits to Ontario will not be the same. I always looked forward to seeing Eleanor. We usually had some kind of adventure or a good chat over lunch. I also loved our afternoon at Parkwood and most recently a trip to St. Georges and Cowan House. We had our own little 'Doors Open' tour. I'll miss seeing Eleanor.
Deepest sympathy to David, Randy and Paul.

Whenever in Ontario Kathy and I enjoyed and looked forward to our visits with Eleanor. On one visit She gave us a private tour of Parkwood. As a former volunteer there Eleanor got special permission to show us around. The tour and our time with Eleanor will not be forgotten.
Ill miss seeing her.
My thoughts are with you: David, Randy and Paul
