Condolences to you my Brother & the family. Pastor Cole was a good man who has blessed my own family and who leaves behind a great legacy of faith & love. Many blessings & much love to all of you. ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.” (Revelations 21:4-5)

I met Bro Newton Cole in Kitchener, Ontario quite a few years ago. Although we did not attend the same church fellowship, this was no barrier to Bro. Cole's ready smile and loving friendship. I sensed genuine warmth and love. My wife found his acceptance and warmth particularly reassuring and refers to this unreservedly.
While we are the same age, I think that my brother has beaten me to the prize of being called home. I'm sure he is smiling and await his family and others with eagerness. You " have fought a good fight and finished your course." I look forward to renewing our fellowship in the future as the Lord sees fit. Hallelujah!
