Obituary of Mike Di Palo
Michele Di Palo (December 18, 1974 – Nov 1, 2021)
Today our hearts are heavy as we say goodbye to the peace-maker of our family, Mike Di Palo. Mike’s purpose in this life was to create a solid family built on the values he held close to his heart. To take care of each other, always have each other’s back, stay true through thick and thin. He was so proud of the family empire he helped build, and the legacy he left behind. There are no words to express the love and loss we are all feeling as we pay tribute to the life of this great man. We will always remember the many gifts that he unselfishly gave to each of us in his own special way.
A loving and devoted husband to his forever and always soulmate and best friend, Maria. Remembered always as quick-witted and cheeky, Mike was predeceased by his loving father Emanuele, and leaves behind his mother, Rosa, and in-laws Sam and Rita Risorto. Brother of Emidio (Isa) and Chiara (Mariusz), brother-in-law to, Gino (Sheila), John, Frank (Nadine), and Anna (Enzo). He was a loving and proud uncle whom will be missed by his adoring nieces and nephews. Mike was cherished by his many aunts, uncles and cousins in both Canada and Italy.
Mike was a devoted friend to countless people. He never missed an opportunity to lend a helping hand, hang out, have fun, and share his words of wisdom.
