Our heartfelt condolences to the Stokes family. We will miss the cheery chats over the fence, the good morning greetings to Missy when she popped her head over the fence and the occasional chance encounters when out walking and Suzanne would actually get to pet Missy. She welcomed us to the neighbourhood with a cute card from, as she put it, "the old lady next door", but she always seemed so young at heart, and now sadly we say good bye.
We hope that your fond memories and good Suzanne stories help sustain you through this sad time.

Our family is going through a hard time. But it helps to know that Aunty Sue is at peace and is with her husband, and all of her other sisters, parents in heaven. May she rest in peace and know that she was truly loved. We will always remember he and love her.

I remember countless sleep-overs on Chevron when in high school and being welcomed by the humour of Mr. Stokes and the warmth and calmness of Mrs. Stokes. She has left a wonderful legacy of memories for her kids, grandkids and great-grandkids. Our condolences to Neil, Annette, Sean, Joe and Denis and their families at this difficult time. RIP Mrs. Stokes.
