Obituary of Tracia Bennett

Bennett: Tracia (nee Hooper) 

It is with a very heavy heart, we share the passing of Tracia Bennett, peacefully on Thursday April 14^th 2022 at Lakeridge Health Ajax at the age of 49.  Beloved mother of Ashley, Caswell, Shelbi and the late Tyler.  Cherished “Nanny” of Blake, and Alijah.  Predeceased by her parents Jack and Eslyn.  Tracia will be lovingly remembered by her extensive family, friends, and relatives in Canada and Jamacia. 

Tracia’s passion for creating beauty from nature and watching it grow, blossomed towards her love for family and friends. The moments spent with her were filled with laughter and always warmth from her well known soup every time she was present. Her infectious energy and big heart will be missed. 

Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport) on Saturday April 30^th 2022 from 10:00AM-12:00PM.

 A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 12:00PM.  Interment will follow at Duffin Meadows Cemetery, 2505 Brock Rd North, Pickering, Ontario L1X 0K3.
