Obituary of Cindy Parsons
On Friday April 21st Cindy had suddenly passed away at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. Cindy was the oldest sister in her big family with 5 other siblings. On top of that, and most important in her mind, she was the mother of Nicholas and the proud Grandmother of Winry. Family was very important to Cindy and was a focal point of her life.
However Cindy did not just love her family she had a love for everyone around her, even those pesky Leaf fans. Nothing put a bigger smile on her face than making other people happy. She would often put everyone else's needs before her own just to spread all the joy she had in her heart with the world.
Cindy was a hard worker doing everything she could to provide for her family even. Running a few cafeterias and being a caterer were just a few of the many things she did. The food she made was filled with love that you could taste with every bite. She spoiled everyone she knew, especially her Granddaughter Winry.
Lastly it wouldn't feel right talking about Cindy without mentioning her devoted love for her favourite hockey team The Boston Bruins. Her passion for the Bruins was so strong it almost could rival her love for her family. Nothing could get between her and the Bruins during game time. She was filled with joy watching them break so many records this year. So for one last time no matter who you cheer for LETS GO BRUINS!!!!
A Celebration of life will be held at The Salvation Army Oshawa Temple, 570 Thornton Rd. N. on Wednesday May 10th from 6-9pm. Words of remembrance begin at 6:30. Refreshments to Follow.
