Passed away peacefully at Hillsdale Terraces, on Wednesday, January 8, 2014, in her 92nd year. Elizabeth Puskas (nee Nagy) beloved wife of the late Joseph Puskas. Daughter of the late Louis and Emma Nagy. Loving mother of David (Joan) and Nancy (Doug Byers). Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Ryan Puskas (Nancy), Jonathon Puskas (Marj), Elizabeth Greenland (Graham), and great grandchildren Nathan, Matthew, Ethan, and Emma. Thank you to the staff of Hillsdale Terraces-Forest Hill, for their care given and concern shown. The family of Elizabeth Puskas will receive friends at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa(south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road)905-440-3595 on Sunday, January 12th from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Gertrude's Catholic Church, 690 King Street East, Oshawa, on Monday, January 13th at 11 am. Interment Mount Lawn Memorial Gardens, Whitby. If desired, memorial donations may be made to St. Gertrude's Renovation Fund or to the Durham Regional Cancer Centre c/o Lakeridge Health Foundation.
